It has been 2 months since my last post and I figured an update was in order. I have been doing much better overall. I have been making it to work out at least 3 days a week. The goal is 5 but sometimes life gets in the way and that is okay. I see so many highlighted days on my calendar and I know that I have been doing well. I haven’t lost or gained any weight but inches are definitely coming off. I have more energy too. Even though I feel horrid today with a cold and the typical monthly hormone slam, I will do my workout at home later. I am actually excited to break out the weighted hula hoop again.
Overall stress in the house has reduced significantly. My daughter is on a new medication and is much happier. She started a new school that has been wonderful at working with her special needs. They helped me get a new evaluation appointment that I had been waiting months for. It seems as though they are looking out for all of their students and that makes me feel at ease as a mother. I made the right decision in moving. It was a huge undertaking but completely worth it to know that my children are in a safe area with an amazing school.
Things seem to be on the up and up at the moment and I intend to keep them that way. It is only going to continue to get better.
